I recently stayed at a hotel that was nestled away from the city's noise, giving it a wonderfully quiet atmosphere. The staff treated us like friends, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. However, the rooms were a bit tired and could really use some renovation. On the plus side, the location was great for exploring the beautiful Loire Valley castles, and the dining experience was quite satisfying, especially breakfast.
